EAA240 is one of the rare EAA chapters in the country that can boast a chapter-owned hangar space for meetings, projects, and events. The chapter hangar is located on New Garden Flying Field (N57) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. It boasts pilot-friendly facilities such as bathrooms, a shower room, and a kitchen. It includes an upstairs conference room with complete audio-visual capability, as well as WiFi and internet access. The hangar space is home to a number of aircraft-build projects, and hosts pancake breakfasts and other chapter events. The hangar is equipped with shop-air, good lighting, heat, and a selection of tools, including a machine shop, allowing chapter members the resources to build, repair, or experiment on aircraft-related projects.

While hangar usage is free as a benefit of chapter membership, longer-term use of hangar space for projects is allocated on an as-available basis and requires a signed agreement and a nominal monthly fee to pay for heat, light, and maintenance of the facility.
