Volunteers Needed!

Join us Saturday for another Pancake Breakfast with New Garden Flying Field Cars, Coffee, and Airplanes! The airport will be buzzing with activity, as we plan on flying Young Eagles as well (weather permitting) and the airport will be holding its Cars and Coffee event.

We need volunteers for two shift on Saturday, June 27th to support coffee service and the pancake breakfast. We had a blast last time and need your help!

We’ll start serving food at 8am, rain or shine, and wrap up around 1PM.

Where help is needed:
Pancake Breakfast
• Prep (cracking eggs, mixing pancake batter, coffee service)
• Cooking (requires ability to cook pancakes, eggs, sausage and work with hot grills)
• Serving
• Clean-up (an hour after the event)

Young Eagles Flights
• Young Eagle Registration
• Marshalling aircraft and helping young eagles on the taxiway
• Ramp safety and crowd management (requires constant focus, aircraft marshalling skills and ability to
• ensure safety in a group environment)

Coffee and Donuts
• Coffee maker at the FBO
• Server
• Cashier
