Dear EAA240 Members, 

We have a major improvement to the Chapter hangar conference room coming on Thursday March 27th.  We are replacing the old stained, stinky carpeting with brand new wall2wall broadloom carpet.   To prepare for this we’re organizing a work party on Wednesday evening March 26th to move and stack all the chairs in the hangar area as well as moving some small tables and shifting the file cabinet.  BSA will be moving out the simulator as well.  

If you are available please consider joining us at a work-party on Wednesday March 26th at 6:00pm to tote and stack all the conference room chairs.  If we have between six and eight people it should take only an hour and we will avoid injuries from carrying too many chairs.  Donuts and coffee will be provided.  

Please also consider coming back on Friday afternoon at 600pm to return the chairs to the conference room and set them up on the beautiful new carpet.
