Fly-Out to Cambridge KCGE

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 30th, as we have a Chapter fly-out to

Cambridge-Dorchester KCGE for breakfast at Kay’s Airport Restaurant.

KCGE is a 78nm beautiful southerly flight, with views of the Chesapeake Bay. The town of Cambridge is worth a tour too, short taxi ride into the town center.

Meet at the EAA240 hanger at 8:30am, for wheels-up at 9am.

Pilots, Planes, and hearty appetites all welcome !

Please let the EAA240 Flight Leader know via email (events@EAA240.org) if you’ll be piloting a plane (open seats and max weight please) or coming along as a passenger (weight estimate please).  Please also let us know if you are available to fly Saturday, Sunday, or both days…pilot or passenger.

Register for this event by clicking the link above, as we need to reserve tables etc.

Coffee & Cake at the Hangar

The Secret Service have flying locked-down for the weekend as the President is home, but the EAA240 Chapter Hangar is open.

Drop-in between 10 and noon this Saturday (Oct 23rd) for a catch-up conversation, hangar flying, checking-in on the aircraft build projects in our hangar and more.

We’ll have coffee & cake – nothing fancy, but it will be good to gather, if briefly. I hope to see you there.

Mike Parry, President EAA240
