Jan Newsletter – Request for Articles

We’re hoping we can restart our Chapter Newsletters in this new year. We got a good deal of favorable feedback and appreciation for our issues in 2020, so we’re encouraged to continue and we’re convinced there’s lots to share.

But……

The Newsletter needs contributions for you – our membership. Without it, there’s nothing to report! So, please consider sending us your latest and hopefully we’ll have sufficient to ‘go to press’ for January.

As a reminder, we’d especially like to see and read about members experience with items like new airport restaurant experiences, recent flights, panel upgrades, equipment evaluations and installs, and particularly ADS-B implementations. Care to share your experience and equipment choices with your fellow members?

Found a helpful app that has improved your flying? Found a new Social Media or web site for aviation that you like and use? Care to share? Anyone using the new Microsoft Flight Simulator program? How is it?

Send us a paragraph or two, an image or two, we’ll help you get it into our Chapter Newsletter. All contributions welcome!

Any questions? Contact and/or email us at communications@eaa240.org
Send your contributions to this address too.

We look forward to hearing from you. Stay safe. Fly safe!

Our Annual Membership Renewal Program is now underway and it’s critical that we are able to sustain the Chapter, our own aviation activities, our sponsorship of general aviation and the fulfillment our role of aviation promotion. Income from membership dues will avoid our activities being negatively impacted for the new year and into the future, including membership meetings, Young Eagle flights, Scholarships and the operational maintenance of our unique hangar/workshop/kitchen/meeting room.

If you have renewed already – THANK YOU!

As always, you can renew online by clicking the link above, or here.

If needed, members can get more information about their status here.
