Join us Sunday, July 24th for a trip to W05, Gettysburg Regional Airport, located ~70 miles west of N57! The plan is to kick off our visit by walking the hallowed grounds of Gettysburg National Cemetery and take a moment or two to reflect on those who, as Abraham Lincoln said in his Gettysburg Address, “…gave the last full measure of devotion.” Transportation for our visit will be a nominal, shared fee.

The cemetery is just yards from our lunchtime plans at Gettysburg’s oldest and most historic house – Dobbin House Tavern – built in 1776 by Reverend Alexander Dobbin. Notable fact: The House served as a hospital for wounded soldiers from, both, the North and South.
Register with us for this flight please. And, pilots, please let us know if you have open seats to accommodate fellow members.
Meet at the EAA240 hangar at 9:30am; Wheels-Up 10:00am.
Updates will be via email, the Chapter web site, Facebook and Twitter.
Photos for past fly outs are here at the Chapter Photo album page.
Thanks!
