Chapter By-Laws require the Executive Board to report each year to the membership at Annual General Meeting, held in November. The presentation, normally conducted at the formal November Membership Meeting, provides insight for the membership of the financial status of the Chapter, major accomplishments, challenges, general Chapter matters plus plans for the upcoming year.
As you are only too well aware, we have been unable to hold formal meetings, due to our compliance with local and national guidelines related to COVID-19 protocols.
I therefore proposed that the Board members and Chapter Officers prepare a written summary for our key areas of activity and interest, including our general financial status. The compiled report is attached for your attention, and fulfills the intentions of our Chapter by-laws in this regard.
I want to thank the Chapter Board members and Officers for their contributions throughout the year. A special thank-you to Tim Kline, our vacating Secretary for his efforts through the past two years.
The 2021 Annual Report includes contact details for the report contributors so that you may raise questions or concerns, suggestions or commentary, as necessary. As always, your feedback, engagement and encouragement are always welcomed.
We look forward to restarting our regular Membership Meetings as soon as possible in 2022. Meanwhile, as you will have noted, we are holding less formal, membership events and activities aimed at offering opportunities for member engagement at ‘open-hangar’ type activities. It’s been great to see many members taking advantage and joining us.
And, with that in mind, we’ll look forward to seeing you and yours at the Members & Family Christmas & Holiday Party on Saturday December 11th, at 11am. Details here.
