Destination – Ocean City, Maryland. Objective – enjoyable flying, lunch, camaraderie and good times. Result – success!
Fourteen Chapter members and six aircraft took to the calm, blue skies Saturday. Heading south while chatting on a common radio frequency, we reached KOXB in about an hour. Jay had arranged transport to the Harborside Restaurant, where a table awaited our large group. The seafood was great, service was excellent, the harbor view terrific and the banter excellent.
The ride home was equally smooth, with wonderful views of the Delaware peninsula.
